Draft — spend a points budget to recruit a balanced warband: a tough tank, a healer, ranged steel, and a Warlord champion.

Deploy — place your heroes in your spawn zone. Formation matters: tanks forward, archers behind.

Fight — take turns moving, attacking and unleashing abilities. Hit chance comes from attack versus defence, damage is rolled openly, and initiative is honest as a clock.

Win — defeat every foe and claim the chests and gems scattered across the field.
